Child Safety Standards for Teamsanjal - Connecting Teams
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Our commitment
Teamsanjal - Connecting Teams is developed and operated by Sewa Point. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
CSAE includes content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. CSAM means a visual depiction involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Prohibited content and behaviour
TeamSanjal strictly prohibits:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Sexual exploitation, sexualization, or abuse of any person under 18 years of age.
- Grooming a child for sexual activity or sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion, threats, or blackmail involving a child or a child’s intimate images.
- Soliciting sexual content or sexual contact from a child.
- Trafficking or attempting to traffic a child for sexual exploitation.
- Using the service to encourage, arrange, or facilitate any form of child abuse or exploitation.
- Sharing links, messages, images, videos, or other content that promotes or facilitates CSAE.
Reporting child-safety concerns
Users can report a concern from Help & Safety in the app and from report actions shown on supported content.
Concerns can also be sent to the Sewa Point Child Safety Team at [email protected]. Include the relevant account, team, event, message, or report reference when possible.
Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to a report or email. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
Our response
When Sewa Point becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:
- Review the report, the referenced content, and the associated account.
- Restrict or remove content that violates these standards.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in child exploitation.
- Preserve relevant account and content information when required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with law-enforcement agencies and child-safety authorities.
- Report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority when required by applicable law.
Good-faith reporters are not penalized for submitting a concern.
Compliance with child-safety laws
Sewa Point maintains procedures to receive and review child-safety reports, address prohibited content, and comply with applicable child-safety and mandatory-reporting laws.
